General Provisions

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time through our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining balance before submitting a request to close your account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a fixed period or permanently. A self-exclusion request will take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be withdrawn before the specified period has elapsed.
